Domestic Shipping (Germany)

Orders with a gross value of €200 or more qualify for free shipping within Germany. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €7.80 applies.

International Shipping

For deliveries outside Germany, an additional surcharge of €10.00 is applied on top of the standard shipping costs.

Please note that for shipments to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are imposed by local customs or tax authorities and must be paid by the customer directly to the respective authority. 711rent.shop does not collect or handle these fees.

Customers with further inquiries regarding potential customs or tax charges should contact the relevant authorities before placing an order.

Delivery Time

If the ordered item is in stock and available for immediate dispatch, delivery will take place within two (2) to four (4) business days, depending on the selected payment method. In the event of unforeseen delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Upon request, we can provide the tracking number so that the shipment can be monitored via the parcel service.
