Laurenz Berges, born in 1966, Düsseldorf-based photographer and youngest master student of the Becher School, presents a new series of his color photographs. In these pictures, he remains true to both his style and his subjects. It is the details of abandoned apartments, vacated houses and overgrown gardens that interest him and which he makes the subject of his poetic pictorial composition. One could almost speak of a photographic Arte Povera.
